CV SUBMISSION:

If the User submits their CV through our website, they are informed that the data provided will be processed in order to include them in any selection processes that may arise, carrying out an analysis of the applicant's profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the relevant vacancy.

This is the only official procedure for submitting a CV. Therefore, CVs sent through any other procedure will not be accepted.

If there are any changes to your data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible so that we can keep your information properly updated.

The data will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted, ensuring full confidentiality both during processing and subsequent destruction.

After this period, if you wish to continue participating in the Provider's selection processes, you should submit your CV again.

The data may be processed and/or disclosed to companies belonging to our group during the retention period of your CV and for the same purposes described above.

WHATSAPP

The processing of data relating to individuals who submit an enquiry through ÀREES DE BASELLA, S.L.'s WhatsApp service shall be governed by this section, as well as by the terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations applicable to the relevant application and previously accepted by the User.

ÀREES DE BASELLA, S.L. will process your data for the purpose of properly managing your enquiry, as well as for any other administrative purpose related to the management of the service.

Your data is shared with WhatsApp Ireland Limited, whose technical security measures ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your information, as stated in its own privacy policy. No further disclosures are envisaged, except where required by law or court order.

Your data will be retained for as long as the purpose for which it was obtained remains applicable. Once it is no longer necessary, it will be duly blocked, archived and retained for the legally established period.

The use of ÀREES DE BASELLA, S.L.'s WhatsApp service for sending content other than that necessary to respond to an enquiry is prohibited, as is the sending of content that is unlawful under national or international legislation, infringes fundamental rights or otherwise contravenes the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, privacy protection, consumer protection, or intellectual and industrial property rights.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Images are captured for the purpose of safeguarding the security of people and property, as well as the facilities.

Users are informed by means of a clearly visible video surveillance notice located before the camera, indicating that the premises are under video surveillance.

No disclosures are envisaged, except to law enforcement authorities, nor will any international transfers of data be carried out.

Images will be retained for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of capture. Once this period has elapsed, the images shall be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.

Such regulations establish that deletion shall result in the data being blocked and retained solely at the disposal of Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the purpose of addressing any potential liabilities arising from the processing, for the applicable limitation period. Once that period has elapsed, the data must be deleted.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Consent given for the processing and disclosure of the data of data subjects may be withdrawn at any time by notifying ÀREES DE BASELLA, S.L. in accordance with the terms established in this Policy for exercising data subject rights.

Such withdrawal shall under no circumstances have retroactive effect.

APPLICABLE LAW

In general, the relationship between ÀREES DE BASELLA, S.L. and Users of its online services available through this website shall be governed by Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, to which the parties expressly submit.

The Courts and Tribunals of Lleida shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of all disputes arising from or relating to its use.
